This Legal Notice identifies the persons responsible for operating the Tripivor private beta and provides the principal legal and service information relating to tripivor.com. It should be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy & GDPR Notice and Cookie Policy.
1. Service and Operators
Service name: Tripivor. Website: https://tripivor.com. Status: private, invitation-only, pre-launch beta. Tripivor is not currently operated through an incorporated company. Tripivor is operated jointly by Duru Naz Akkaya and Yigit Efe Karabulut. Place of operation: Milan, Italy. Direct electronic contact: info@tripivor.com.
2. Nature of the Service
Tripivor is an AI travel companion and itinerary-planning service. It helps users create personalized travel plans and discover travel options. During the current beta, Tripivor does not sell, issue, fulfil or confirm travel reservations and does not collect payment for third-party travel services.
3. Independent Travel Providers
Tripivor may provide links to independent third-party services, including Booking.com, Skyscanner, Hotels.com, Uber and other travel providers. Any reservation, purchase, payment, cancellation, refund or post-booking support is governed by the relevant third-party provider's terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tripivor is not a party to the travel-service contract concluded between the user and the provider.
4. AI Transparency
Tripivor uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist with travel recommendations, itineraries and related content. Users are interacting with an AI-enabled service, not a human travel agent. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and should not be treated as a substitute for authoritative information concerning visas, immigration, health, safety, local law, opening hours, transport schedules, accessibility, prices or availability.
5. Intellectual Property
The Tripivor name, original interface, original software, original written materials and other proprietary elements of the Service are owned by or used with permission by the operators, subject to applicable third-party rights. Third-party trademarks, maps, images, audio, provider names and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party provider does not imply ownership, control or endorsement beyond the relationship actually stated.
6. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Tripivor Privacy Policy & GDPR Notice and, for relevant Turkish users, the Tripivor KVKK Aydınlatma Metni. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Tripivor Cookie Policy. Privacy requests may be sent to info@tripivor.com.
7. Consumer Information
Nothing in this Legal Notice or the Terms of Use is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The beta is provided free of charge by Tripivor; any payment for a third-party travel service is made directly to the relevant independent provider.
8. Regulatory and Registration Information
Tripivor is currently a pre-incorporation beta project. Accordingly, there is currently no Tripivor company registration number, REA number or Partita IVA to disclose. If Tripivor is incorporated or becomes subject to additional registration or licensing requirements, the website legal information will be updated accordingly.
9. Governing Framework
The operation of the Tripivor beta from Italy is subject to applicable Italian and European Union law, including mandatory consumer, data-protection and online-service requirements. Users may also benefit from mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence where such protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
